ANOMALY LIFE is all about being rooting down in a strong and stable foundation. In order to be at your perfect potential, we show you with full transparency our life’s walk. This particular channel means the most to me, as far as the impact it could have on someone’s life. In no way will myself or any of my guests take any credit for the success we have found. We are merely just living messengers, and hope to share the truth we have found and tested in our own journey. The way I see it is truth is truth, some foods make you feel like garbage for proven reasons, while others make you feel strong and enlightened. That is a truth, and examples like this are what we want this channel to be all about.

Reframing: Space and time to learn. Create habits, habits create your daily routine. Write out the cannot, and formulate the “how to”
Apply: Knowledge in theory equals empty, knowledge in practice is application
Instruct: Guide your thoughts and specific goals
Nourish: Brain food, brain games, memorizing, reading out loud
